




Summary Reports directly to the General Manager and the regional office. Responsible for developing, defining, controlling, and regulating all accounting, financial, operational, administrative, and tax-related processes of the hotel. Appropriate financial management focused on maximizing results and developing competitive advantages. Production of timely and targeted financial reports and information to support managerial decision-making and drive business development. Strong forward-looking and long-term planning capabilities. Preparation of short- and medium-term financial budgets. Development and ongoing monitoring of internal policies, procedures, and processes. Effective systems management. Represents the hotel before investors, suppliers, customers, legal advisors, external auditors, and legal advisors. \- Finance, economics, or Certified Public Accountant professional, preferably with a postgraduate degree in finance-related fields * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar positions within the hospitality industry. * In-depth knowledge of local legislation and labor regulations. * Excellent written and spoken English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience managing accounting and operational systems is preferred.
