As a Sales and Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and making outbound calls, delivering support and offering effective solutions to customers while generating sales opportunities. Main Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls. - Providing technical support and customer service via phone. - Identifying customer needs and closing sales. Requirements: - Full-time availability. - Availability to work on-site. - Commercial and customer service skills. - Excellent attitude, communication skills, and results orientation.
