Our work relies on bots, automation, data, and artificial intelligence to manage collections, sales, and customer service. We seek a Project Manager who designs, configures, and optimizes results-oriented digital management strategies—creative, analytical, and results-driven individuals. What will you do? \* Design and configure automated collection strategies. \* Analyze customer and delinquency databases. \* Optimize messages, workflows, and segmentation. \* Measure and improve recovery results. \* Prepare and present results to clients. \* Use AI and automation to optimize your work. \* Manage the project from start to finish. Requirements: \* Knowledge of sales and collections. \* Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. \* Ability to analyze and present information. \* Interest in or experience with AI tools. \* Autonomy and a results-oriented mindset.
