This opportunity is for you. **What do you need to join the adventure?** * **Professional background:** Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Holding current BMC and Ivanti certifications in platform administration and implementation is desirable. * **Experience:** 4 years administering and providing functional and technical support for BMC Client Management, Ivanti Endpoint Manager (EPM), BMC Discovery, and associated IT Asset Management tools. * Managing incidents, requests, problems, and changes related to these platforms. * Performing configurations, parameterizations, and evolutionary improvements. * **In-depth knowledge:** Asset and endpoint management, integration, and continuous improvement between ITSM tools and ITAM platforms.
