At IQVIA, we seek a **Data Analyst** passionate about data and analytics to transform information into actionable insights that support business decision-making. The selected candidate will work with large volumes of data, build reports and key performance indicators, and contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of our analytical processes. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL. * Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau. * Automate queries and analytical processes to optimize operational efficiency. * Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities from data. * Participate in data integration and transformation processes (ETL). * Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity within analytical processes. * Document methodologies, queries, and processes to ensure traceability and scalability of developed solutions. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Experience and Technical Skills** * **2 years of experience** in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles. * Advanced proficiency in **SQL** for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. * Practical experience using **Python** for analysis and process automation. * Experience creating dashboards and reports in at least one BI tool (**Power BI, Tableau, or similar**). * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis). * Knowledge of **ETL** processes or data integration tools. * Ability to work with large volumes of information and multiple data sources. ### **Soft Skills** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation. * Strong attention to detail and focus on quality. * Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. * Proactivity, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning. * Communication skills to clearly present findings to diverse audiences. **What We’re Looking For** ------------------ A data-passionate individual with an analytical mindset and the ability to convert complex information into valuable business recommendations.
