You will be responsible for delivering remote support to users with maximum quality, effectiveness, and efficiency for incidents, requests, or changes. You will manage incidents and requests received via management tools. Requirements For the Funza distribution center: Technical or technological degree in Systems or Telecommunications, or related fields. • ITIL Foundation v3 certification preferred. • Advanced knowledge of office software support, microcomputing, laptop/PC support, printers, multifunction devices, antivirus, operating systems, and remote management systems. • Basic knowledge of networks and telecommunications. • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in: service desks, customer service handling, and interpersonal skills.
