If you are passionate about process optimization, data-driven work, and team leadership, this opportunity is for you. · Role Purpose Ensure efficient nationwide logistics platform operations, guaranteeing appropriate route planning, optimal use of transport capacity, and timely delivery to our operations. · Key Responsibilities **Lead logistics platform operations:** receipt, storage, order preparation, and dispatch of goods. Plan and optimize distribution routes to achieve efficiency in time and cost. Ensure proper utilization of vehicle capacity (cubic capacity). Monitor management KPIs (service level, transportation costs, fleet utilization). Manage relationships with transportation providers. Lead, develop, and motivate the operational team, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement. · Required Profile Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. 3–5 years of experience leading logistics platforms, distribution centers, or transportation processes. Knowledge of transportation management, route planning, and cubic capacity optimization. Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
