**Position: Operations Manager (IT Project)** **Professional Title Required:** Telecommunications Engineer, Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields. **Additional Training:** Specialization in PMO and/or IT Project Management (PMI, Scrum, Agile, etc.). **Knowledge:** Power BI, **Advanced Excel** (pivot tables, macros, data analysis) **Experience:** Minimum of 8 years of experience leading teams and operations in telecommunications, technology or infrastructure areas, preferably in high-demand environments with a focus on project management. **Main Functions:** * **Project Direction and Management:** · Lead the planning, execution, control and closure of telecommunications, technology and infrastructure projects. · Establish objectives, scope, deliverables and detailed schedules for each project. · Allocate resources and optimize their use to ensure operational efficiency. * **Operational and Technical Supervision:** · Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory and quality standards throughout all project phases. · Provide technical support and manage problem resolution that may arise during execution. * **Monitoring and Control:** · Continuously monitor project progress, identify deviations and make timely adjustments. · Manage changes in scope, budget, schedule and resources, assessing their impact on overall objectives. * **Team Leadership:** · Coordinate multidisciplinary teams promoting an environment of collaboration, effective communication and high performance. · Foster human talent development and achievement of individual and collective goals. * **Communication and Relationship Management:** · Maintain fluid and effective communication with all stakeholders, reporting progress, · Negotiate with suppliers, strategic partners and internal or external clients, ensuring sustainable and beneficial relationships. * **Risk Management and Compliance:** · Implement preventive measures to minimize negative operational, technical or financial impacts. · Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations and industry standards.
