Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Support Analyst for a growing gastronomic group, responsible for ensuring technological stability across restaurants and offices. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support for restaurant operations. 2. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software. 3. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, including POS systems. Your purpose in this role: To provide comprehensive technical support to operations, ensuring the proper functioning of systems, technological equipment, and platforms used at point-of-sale locations and administrative areas. Your main challenges: Install, configure, and maintain hardware (servers, computers, and peripherals). Implement and configure software (operating systems and applications). Identify and diagnose hardware, software, and network issues. Provide effective and timely solutions to technical incidents. Configure and support POS systems and restaurant management software. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance. Apply updates, security patches, and perform backups. Configure and maintain computer networks, ensuring connectivity and performance. Implement security measures (firewalls and protection systems). Provide technical assistance to users and train them on the proper use of technological tools. Collaborate with other departments to ensure correct system integration. Requirements: Technical or Technologist degree in Systems Engineering. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Systems Technician, with hands-on experience managing restaurant POS systems. Knowledge of POS systems and gastronomic management software. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Intermediate proficiency in digital tools (email, Google Drive, and communication platforms).
