Job Summary: Plans, coordinates, and supervises preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities, including management of external service contracts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of equipment and facility maintenance. 2. Management of preventive and corrective maintenance. 3. Interaction with external companies for specialized installations. Develop the annual preventive maintenance schedule for equipment and facilities. Plan, coordinate, and control preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems. Coordinate and supervise installation work for piping systems, electrical grids, gas networks, and other specific maintenance tasks contracted to external companies. Perform work at heights and comply with applicable legal requirements. Provide information to the Production Coordinator, Administrator, or Manager regarding performed maintenance and repairs, adherence to established schedules, and any incidents occurring during the process. Conduct inspections of equipment and facilities to identify failures and perform appropriate repairs. Respond to work order requests, service complaints, maintenance and repair requests, and execute corresponding activities to resolve issues.
