Experience in home-based or hospital care Grupo Empresarial Emmanuel is seeking nursing assistants with a service vocation, commitment, and excellent humanized treatment to join our home-based care team under a Service Provision Contract. Required Profile * Education: - Nursing Assistant Technician certified and currently registered in RETHUS. * Experience: - Minimum 6 months in home-based care or hospital services. * Documentation: - Practice Resolution; updated training certificates (Basic Life Support and Care for Victims of Sexual Violence). Contract Terms * Type: - Service Provision Contract. * Fees: - Payment per hour/activity ($12,000). * Autonomy: The contractor manages their own availability for service delivery according to the agreed schedule. * Mandatory Requirement: Social Security In compliance with Law 100 of 1993 and Decree 1072 of 2015, the following are indispensable requirements for contract execution and subsequent fee disbursement: Be affiliated and active in the General Social Security System (Health, Pension, and Occupational Risk Insurance). Submit monthly proof of contributions (PILA payroll) as an independent worker. Have Occupational Risk Insurance (ARL) at risk level III, IV, or V (according to the nature of the home-based service).
