We are currently seeking a proactive **Carpenter**, with technical skill and attention to detail, to join our production team in Bogotá. **Purpose of the Position** To execute the fabrication, assembly, finishing, and installation of carpentry elements and commercial furniture, ensuring technical quality, compliance with blueprints, and on-time delivery. **Main Responsibilities** * **Blueprint reading and interpretation:** Analyze technical specifications, cut lists, and required cuts for each project. * **Transformation and machining:** Cut, shape, and assemble wooden parts and derivatives using hand tools and industrial machinery. * **Quality finishing:** Perform surface preparation processes (sanding, filling) and application of finishes (varnish, paint, sealers). * **Installation and adjustment:** Conduct final assembly and installation of furniture, doors, and commercial structures according to workshop or on-site requirements. * **Maintenance and safety:** Keep the work area orderly and clean, and ensure proper and safe use of machinery. **Requirements** * **Education:** High school diploma / Secondary education. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in carpentry, preferably in commercial furniture manufacturing, exhibition stands, or commercial architecture. * **Technical knowledge:** * Accurate interpretation of carpentry blueprints and cut lists. * Proficient use of power tools (router, circular saw, jigsaw, drill) and stationary equipment. * Knowledge of finish and paint application. * **Competencies:** Teamwork, proactivity, attention to detail, manual precision, and dynamism. **Offer Conditions** * **Location:** Bogotá (Production plant). * **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, regular shift (8:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.); Friday 8:15 a.m. \- 5:00 p.m.; Saturday 8:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. * **Compensation:** $1\.750\.000 \+ Statutory benefits \+ Transportation allowance ($250\.000\). * **Contract:** Direct employment with the company and opportunities for professional stability and growth.
