We seek operational staff with high physical fitness, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and handle materials. Requirements to Apply: Education Level: High School Diploma Experience: Minimum 6 months certified experience in this position Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). Responsibilities: Receive the work station from the previous colleague, verifying that reported incidents logged in the office software are known. Verify the planned tasks for the shift regarding waste to be incinerated and determine the priority order of waste entry into the furnace. Maintain records of waste incinerated during the shift, specifying weight, sequence of incineration, and equipment operational parameters. Meet assigned kilogram-per-shift targets. Monitor and control equipment operational parameters such as pressure, temperature, and continuous emission monitoring. Ensure ash evacuation area remains accessible. Perform manual mixing of waste load entering the furnace during the shift (where applicable). Use the furnace control and monitoring system correctly. Continuously verify furnace and chimney temperature and emission levels on the display screen. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $1,838,450 + Statutory Transportation Allowance + Statutory Overtime Premiums + Statutory Benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.).
