Position: SUPERNUMERARY OPERATIONS ANALYST
Job Responsibilities:
Credit Analysis: Evaluate credit applications by verifying documentation and analyzing borrower capacity, behavior, and background, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations in credit approval.
Portfolio Management: Submit requests to payroll offices (direct deduction codes), monitor granted credits and collections; identify credit inconsistencies for correction and apply recovery strategies; manage control and portfolio management databases.
Control and Monitoring: Prepare periodic reports on portfolio status and credit operations. Update and maintain databases with accurate and timely information. Support internal audit preparations.
Customer Service: Provide support and assistance to internal and external customers regarding inquiries and requests related to credits and portfolios. Resolve conflicts and issues effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Propose improvements to credit analysis and portfolio management processes. Participate in process optimization and digitalization projects.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on current credit regulations and ensure their application across all operations. Comply with operational agreements signed with payroll offices and internal service agreements. Report any irregularities or non-compliance identified in credit and portfolio operations.
Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure appropriate coordination across all entity-related operational activities.
Required Competencies and Skills: (1) Minimum 1–2 years of experience in credit, portfolio, or similar areas within the financial or cooperative sector. (2) Knowledge of credit analysis, portfolio management, and collections. (3) Proficiency in office tools (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint). (4) Analytical and synthesis skills. (5) Effective communication. (6) Ability to work under pressure and in teams. (7) Attention to detail and organizational skills. (8) Ethics and responsibility.
Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract.
Salary: $2,300,000 to $2,500,000 depending on experience.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Professional Degree
