




**Engineering company is seeking a Human Talent Coordinator** **Position targeted to:** Technologist or Professional **Requirements:** * **Education:** Human Talent Management, Personnel Administration, Human Development, Management and Leadership, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in payroll processing, social security affiliations, settlements, vacation management, and comprehensive personnel administration. * **Key skills:** Proactivity, organization, ability to work under pressure, assertive communication, and leadership. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Recruitment and Selection:** * Carry out efficient and timely selection, hiring, and employee evaluation processes. * Design and implement induction programs that promote team adaptation and productivity. * **Payroll and Social Security Processing** * Process monthly payroll and settlements using the **SIIGO NUBE** software. * Manage affiliations, settlements, and payments related to social security, parafiscal contributions, and legal benefits. **(Online Contributions)** * **Personnel Administration** * **Training and Development:** * Design and lead professional training and development programs. * Promote the development of key competencies among employees. * **Work Environment and Employee Well-being:** * Implement strategies that strengthen a positive work environment. * Promote initiatives that improve organizational climate and employee satisfaction, aligned with corporate objectives. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday \- 7:45 A.M to 5:00 P.M * Saturdays: 9:00 A.M to 11:45 P.M **Salary:** Negotiable. **If you do not meet the requirements, please refrain from applying.** Type of position: Full-time Type of position: Full-time
