




**PURPOSE** ------------- Supervise, coordinate, and control activities carried out by subordinate personnel by implementing maintenance plans and company standards to ensure the operation and reliability of company equipment, thereby meeting estimated production targets and improving profitability. **RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------- * Coordinate execution of equipment maintenance plans according to the established schedule. * Manage equipment failures and their failure analysis, as well as related corrective actions to prevent recurrence. * Manage the development of technical competencies of subordinate personnel. * Coordinate the execution of assigned projects. * Ensure achievement of maintenance performance indicators. * Support and guide the work team regarding updates specific to the production process at the site of occurrence to ensure timely decision-making. * Coordinate, support, and verify the implementation of safe operations and promote a culture of self-care to foster a safe working environment. * Propose, promote, and coordinate innovation initiatives together with the work team. * Adopt and lead a culture of analysis and execution to prevent problem recurrence. * Monitor and manage the allocated expense budget and actively participate in the annual budget preparation process. * Promote within work teams adherence to and proper implementation of the Operational Excellence Methodology. **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS** ------------------------------ * Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, instrumentation, electricity, electronics, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics as applied to production process equipment in industry. * Failure analysis and diagnostic methodologies. * Interpretation of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic diagrams. * Productivity methodologies. * Computer tools (intermediate-level Office suite). * SAP knowledge. * Occupational health and safety knowledge. * Authorized Worker at Heights certification. * Maintenance management indicators. * Ability to make technical decisions. * Team leadership skills. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, and environmental management. * Knowledge of technical standards applicable to maintenance. * English level B1. **EDUCATION** ------------- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering. **EXPERIENCE** --------------- * Three years of experience in maintenance areas, preferably within the food industry.
