Learn more at www.averydennison.com . **Job Description** Optimize overall performance and efficiency of the operational value chain by synchronizing adhesive material cutting processes with logistical efficiency and process reliability, to maximize plant-wide productivity, reduce operating costs, and ensure continuous flow from raw material to finished product and delivery to the customer. **Key Activities and Responsibilities:** * Stay updated on new corporate policies whenever updates are made to the EHS model. * Actively support COPASST actions and all EHS support groups where data analysis and continuous improvement tools are required. * Support incident investigation processes to ensure comprehensive reporting, root cause analysis, and follow\-up on corrective actions. * Assess opportunities to improve control plans, related communication activities, and personnel compliance deviations. * Execute necessary improvement projects (Kaizen events) to prevent emergence of new customer complaints. * Based on findings from site visits and\/or customer complaints, develop clear documentation regarding optimal storage and usage conditions for materials, reducing unfounded complaints. * Design and implement corrective and preventive actions arising from all internal and\/or external review processes. * Establish improvement plans and corrections for strategic projects to achieve objectives. * Execute contingency plan actions upon risk materialization and implement improvement plans identified during drills. * Make necessary decisions based on statistical analysis results and establish improvement plans to maintain operational processes under control. * Formally update documents when changes occur in raw materials or machinery, ensuring standards never become obsolete. * Document errors to prevent recurrence and update the process risk matrix. * Update training and skill development needs using feedback sources such as customer complaints, operational changes, new business strategies, among others. * Propose new 5S management methods, including Kaizen events to improve problematic conditions, eliminate contamination points, and establish recognition and healthy competition plans among teams. * Promote team recognition for rapid improvement initiatives (Click Ideas) that impact process and organizational outcomes. * Develop improvement plans for scheduled events to meet agreed\-upon objectives for each. **Requirements** * Productivity and Quality Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or related specialization * English \- Intermediate level B1\/B2 * Office tools \- G\-Suite * Power BI \- Looker Studio * Statistical tools (Minitab) * Minimum 2 years’ experience in operational processes * Problem solving * Personal leadership and administration * Teamwork * Emotional intelligence * Critical and systemic thinking **Additional Information** Each of us, Every day!
