




Job Summary: This administrative role manages hiring documentation, affiliations, payroll, medical leave records, and employee supplies, as well as coordinates logistics for training and social welfare activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of personnel documentation 2. Coordination of welfare and training activities 3. Payroll and social security administration Minimum 1 year of experience. Manage hiring documentation and affiliations for both permanent and temporary staff; consolidate payroll updates across all company projects; monitor medical leave records for all employees; maintain up-to-date employee folders containing all required documents; place supply orders every three months according to each employee's size; calculate payroll, severance payments, bonuses, and other payroll-related items; coordinate logistics for training and social welfare activities; monitor the company’s and temporary staff’s social security compliance; distribute payroll slips and social security statements to each employee; proficiency in systems and Excel. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (on-site); Saturdays, half-day. Offer: $2,200,000 + Statutory Benefits + Immediate Hiring. Position Type: Full-time
