**NOC Network Operator.** * **Availability:** 100% on-site. * **Location of operations:** Toberín, Bogotá D.C. * **Schedule:** Rotating shifts, 7x24. * **Contract type:** Project-based or labor contract with all statutory benefits. * **Salary:** $1.800.000 + fixed monthly allowance of $300.000 + transportation allowance + overtime pay. **Requirements:** ● Technician, technologist, university student, or professional in telecommunications, systems, engineering, data networks, or related fields. ● Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. **Responsibilities:** ● Ensure optimal operation and performance of networks, platforms, IT infrastructure, applications, and customer services. ● Continuous monitoring of maintenance windows, events, and incidents to guarantee service quality and continuity. ● Provision of on-site monitoring services as defined by the client. ● Execution of scheduled and on-demand operational tasks to meet NOC network and platform operational needs. ● Efficient management of security-related incidents and cybersecurity vulnerabilities. ● Compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established by the client. ● Adherence to company policies and procedures. ● Proper use of assigned tools to perform job functions. ● Immediate and efficient incident management and problem resolution. ● Escalation of issues to the appropriate technical support teams. ● Collaborative work with various departments within the area.
