Your job, as Logistics Lead within our Manufacturing \& Supply – Logistics team in Colombia, will be to lead and ensure the efficient execution of end\-to\-end logistics operations while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. Ready to get started? **Main responsibilities:** * Lead end\-to\-end logistics operations including daily management, Business Continuity Planning, and supplier relationship optimization * Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards through quality collaboration, audit participation, and regulatory adherence * Drive cost optimization and performance excellence through KPI monitoring, budget control, and strategic supplier partnerships * Manage transportation and warehouse operations to deliver best cost\-to\-serve while maintaining service quality standards * Champion continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices aligned with global logistics processes **About you** *List here ideally the must\-haves criteria to be successful on the role.
