Development of analytical skills, organization, and customer orientation **POSITION:** Intern **LOCATION:** Bogotá, Colombia – Coneccta **PURPOSE:** Provide support to the air pricing team in database updates, tracking commercial opportunities, preparing quotations, and analyzing rates, contributing to competitiveness and achievement of objectives. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Participate in process improvement initiatives and report automation. * Update and maintain cost rate databases. * Prepare and send quotations to customers. * Conduct follow-up phone calls regarding sent quotations. * Maintain communication with the commercial department, air product team, and customers. **DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Technical or technological student in International Trade, International Commerce, or Logistics. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, filters, information lookup, and basic formulas). * Basic knowledge of logistics, transportation, or international trade. * Basic level of English. **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:** * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organization and efficient information management. * Orientation toward internal and external customers. * Ability to work in teams and collaborate across departments. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Effective verbal and written communication. * Appropriate prioritization and task follow-up. * Adaptability and orientation toward continuous improvement.
