The primary need of our team is an intern who provides support in administrative and document management activities. Key responsibilities include maintaining the central Business Continuity Plan (BCP) database up\-to\-date with information from each newly delivered project, ensuring continuous alignment as projects are completed, and guaranteeing proper updating of relevant documentation associated with each delivery. Additionally, support is required in creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards, enabling more agile visibility and tracking of projects. Finally, the intern will also contribute to the GPMO team by maintaining and updating SharePoint sites, ensuring information remains organized, accessible, and aligned with business needs. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. * This is a temporary position. * Responsible for performing and supporting research for teams operating within a service group, product group and/ or project group. * Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of non\-technical projects as assigned. * Provides analysis, reporting and internal communication services with team members. * Develops knowledge of industry and organizational processes. **OFFICE SUPPORT CAREER STREAM:** Individual contributors who provide organizational related support or service (administrative or clerical) for other members within the organization. Baccalaureate degree enrollment or Master's degree or PhD admissions required.
