Position Purpose Ensure ≥99% technology stability, structured data governance, automation with measurable ROI, and comprehensive cybersecurity—aligning technology with the business’s financial outcomes. Responsibilities: 1. Key Technology Governance and Order * Design and execute technology roadmap. * Implement measurable internal SLAs. * Standardize IT processes. * Prioritize projects based on financial impact. 2. ERP – ODOO (CRITICAL) * Administer, configure, and optimize Odoo. * Ensure integrity of financial and operational data. * Automate processes within the ERP. * Manage user profiles and access rights. * Coordinate functional enhancements with end-user departments. 3. Cybersecurity * Implement formal cybersecurity policies. * Manage technology-related risks. * Access control and multi-factor authentication. * Monitor backups and continuity plans (BCP). * Compliance with personal data protection regulations (Habeas Data). * Conduct periodic security audits. 4. Internal Support and Help Desk * Coordinate IT support team. * Implement and monitor SLAs. * Reduce response times by ≥30%. * Supervise technical escalation. * Ensure ≥85% internal customer satisfaction. 5. Infrastructure and Maintenance * Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance. * Manage networks, servers, and licensing. * Manage technology vendors. * Ensure ≥99% technology availability. 6. Business-Applied Analytics * Design centralized data architecture and model. * Build dashboards in Power BI. * Ensure information traceability and quality. * Transform data into executive recommendations. 7. Automation with Measurable ROI * Implement at least 3 automations with documented ROI. * Optimize billing, reconciliations, and reporting. * Apply practical RPA and AI (not experimental). 8. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field. Desirable specialization in Analytics, Digital Transformation, or IT Management. Experience * 5 years leading technology in BPO or data-intensive enterprises. * Proven experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred). * Proven experience with BI delivering real operational impact. * Leadership of technical teams.
