Profile * Technical or Technological Degree in Gastronomy. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience as a cook or kitchen assistant — preferably in healthcare institutions, geriatric homes, hotels, restaurants, or institutional food services. Main Responsibilities * Prepare food following standard recipes and technical specifications. * Perform mise en place (washing, cutting, portioning, and organizing ingredients). * Ensure compliance with guests’ special dietary requirements. * Assist in plating and food distribution, ensuring appropriate presentation and temperature. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and disinfection of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), biosafety standards, and food safety regulations. * Promptly report issues related to supplies, equipment, waste, or losses. * Support preparation for special events when required.
