We are looking for a visionary IT Development Director capable of designing and implementing IT solutions that eliminate operational friction and elevate the efficiency of our Production area to the next level. **The Challenge:** Lead the planning and management of technological solutions that automate critical processes, reduce operational timeframes, and ensure strict compliance with ANS requirements from our partners. Your mission will be to convert operational complexity into automated, secure, and scalable workflows, guaranteeing PCI DSS compliance under all circumstances. **Your Strategic Objectives:** **Roadmap & Evolution:** Direct the evolution of local applications under the EAGLE methodology, aligning user needs with architecture and security standards. **Financial Security:** Ensure that credit card (TC) billing processes are 100% secure, reliable, and continuously improving. **Closing Optimization:** Automate monthly product closing to mitigate risks in information handling. **Operational Efficiency:** Identify and automate daily production procedures to maximize productivity. **Data Intelligence:** Develop critical reports delivering reliable and agile information for decision-making. **Business Continuity:** Monitor application stability and manage preventive alerts during implementation of new regional products. **Compliance:** Serve as guardian of appropriate use of sensitive information and cardholder data (PCI DSS). **Required Technical Profile:** Solid experience in the Software Development Lifecycle. **Proficiency in:** RUP, ESB, WebServices, APPs, and development on digital platforms. Experience leading process automation and optimization projects.
