Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Officer with experience and a positive attitude to conduct follow-up visits, manage operational incidents, and ensure compliance with procedures. This vacancy is for you!** **What will you do?** Conduct follow-up and control visits to service sites (Operational Inspections via company-designated software or platform). Report scheduling incidents via the mobile application. Identify resources (relief staff) to cover operational incidents. Manage post- and guard-related needs, such as provisions, equipment, PPE, etc. Ensure check-ins are performed. Verify compliance with operational procedures and safety regulations. Plan and report staff vacation schedules. Perform quarterly preventive weapon cleaning and report it in the company-designated software or platform. Conduct onboarding (site induction) for new clients, additional services, and staff rotation. Handle and manage internal customer PQRS (Petitions, Queries, Complaints, and Suggestions). Support payroll claim resolution. Collect statements for disciplinary proceedings.
