Job Summary: We are seeking a Welder-Fitter with experience in blueprint interpretation and TIG welding to assemble metal structures and industrial machinery. Key Highlights: 1. Interpret manufacturing blueprints and assemble metal structures. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Welder-Fitter. 3. Knowledge and proficiency in TIG welding. **Main Responsibilities** * Interpret manufacturing blueprints and assemble metal structures. * Prepare, assemble, and tack components prior to welding. * Perform welding operations according to established procedures. * Verify dimensions, levels, and alignment of structures during the assembly process. * Operate cutting, grinding, and welding equipment. * Ensure quality of assemblies and weld beads. * Assemble components onto metal structures and machinery, including drilling and inserting bolts. * Comply with industrial safety standards and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Support manufacturing and production activities as required by operational needs. **Requirements** High school diploma or technical degree in Welding or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Welder-Fitter in metal-mechanical sector companies. Excellent ability to interpret manufacturing blueprints. Experience assembling metal structures and industrial machinery. **TIG WELDING** Knowledge and interpretation of WPS (Welding Procedure Specification). Proficiency in using measuring, cutting, and grinding tools. Working Conditions Salary: $2.500.000 + transportation allowance ($249.095) + statutory benefits. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:54 pm, with availability for overtime. Workplace: On-site employment
