Strengthen the technical knowledge of the sales force ### **Context and Environment** Employee based in Bogotá TotalEnergies Marketing Colombia SAS (TCO SAS) manages commercial activities for the Marketing & Services (M\&S) branch in Colombia and Ecuador. ### **Key Activities** The Technical Support Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing proper execution of our post-sales technical services for current accounts, direct prospects, and distributor accounts. Provide technical support for negotiations with potential direct accounts and distributors. Strengthen the technical knowledge of distributors’ sales force and the company’s sales force. Main responsibilities: * Train and strengthen distributors’ sales force technical knowledge required to conduct performance-based negotiations for our products. * Advise distributors’ technical teams on designing and developing work plans and delivering services for current accounts and prospects, primarily focused on generating added value, and ensure proper implementation and management of these plans. * Provide technical support for negotiations with key potential accounts of distributors. * Advise distributors’ sales and technical teams on appropriate selection and application of our products, and supply technical data sheets and safety data sheets. * Support and ensure high-quality delivery of laboratory services. * Support and guide handling of claims regarding product performance. 100% on-site work Base salary of $5\.500\.000\+ benefits ### **Candidate Profile** Professional with a degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, with specific expertise in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SAP; minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles or in industrial or automotive maintenance, with proficiency in Excel and advanced English.
