If documentation is found incomplete upon delivery, it must be returned to the driver until missing items are attached. · Verify in the system the documentation for vehicles, drivers, and/or members awaiting scheduling and/or dispatch. · Perform scheduling, status updates, and unscheduling tasks upon driver request. · Offer available trips to scheduled members and drivers, providing accurate information regarding service requirements. · Support the dispatcher as needed in vehicle assignments, considering the type of cargo to be transported (weight, volume, origin, destination, cargo value). · Train members and drivers on the scheduling process via the dashboard, vehicle presentation to the customer, and the established timeframe for manifest compliance. · Support the dispatcher, as required, in conducting periodic inspections of cargo units (containers) and cargo transport units (vehicles), complying with the Inspection Procedure Manual and ensuring signatures and photographic evidence. · Support the dispatcher in tracking and resolving incidents arising during cargo transport—such as shortages, damages, or returns—receiving such items inventoried and returning them to the driver as specified in the Returns Handling Procedure Manual and the Cargo Discrepancy Process. · Accurately record sender, recipient, and cargo-type data.
