We are seeking a Functional Integration Technology Manager EDUCATION: University graduate or technologist in any field of knowledge. EXPERIENCE: 3 years in managing or supporting the implementation of technological solutions, preferably in digital transformation, process automation, or information systems evolution projects. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, integrating operational, technical, and strategic areas to ensure alignment of objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Applied knowledge of digital tools supporting decision-making and enhancing user experience. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: 1. Data Management: Familiarity with data management tools, corporate usage, and application. 2. Artificial Intelligence: Understanding of AI functionality, concepts, and business environment applications. 3. Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Basic knowledge to identify processes suitable for automation within the business unit. Ability to understand processes and propose automated workflows. 4. Technology Project Management: Familiarity with agile and traditional methodologies to coordinate projects with technical teams and managerial project prioritization criteria. 5. Digital Transformation: Knowledge of Industry 4.0 trends (e.g., cloud, IoT, big data) to align management strategies with Confa’s strategy. 6. Business Knowledge: Understanding of the company’s operational, tactical, and strategic processes. Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions. 7. Software Knowledge: Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions. Manage new software requirements and corresponding testing.
