Education Level: High school diploma, technical or technological degree in Marketing, Sales, or related fields Experience: 1 year in sales, product promotion, in-store commercial management, and customer relationship management A personal means of transportation is mandatory Knowledge Requirements: -Sales techniques -Basic Excel and Microsoft Office skills -Knowledge of city routes and locations -Commercial and customer management -Marketing and advertising -Customer service Skills: -Assertive communication -Interpersonal relationships -Needs analysis Contract Type: Fixed-term contract Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8-hour daily shifts on rotating schedules between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Salary: COP $2,261,000 + transportation allowance + mobility allowance COP $350,900 + statutory benefits Responsibilities: -Conduct customer and point-of-sale visits for product promotion - Manage sales and achievement of commercial targets - Maintain commercial relationships with existing and potential customers - Monitor orders and product turnover - Travel to various zones and nearby cities for commercial management - Report sales and management data using established tools - Visit regular and potential customers' businesses to identify and capitalize on market opportunities - Perform related duties.
