




Job Summary: This role involves managing communication with customers, supervising alarm event response processes, and preparing management and risk reports while overseeing project personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage communication and respond to service inconsistencies 2. Supervise alarm event response processes and their implications 3. Prepare management reports and control project personnel reports • Respond to customers regarding possible service inconsistencies • Present management reports • Monitor various processes related to alarm event response and all associated implications • Submit management reports required by the immediate supervisor or operations management • Collect necessary data for indicators applicable to the monitoring center. Risk assessment according to the most affected zones • Exercise control over reports from all project personnel • Prepare written reports on daily risk records in the project • Perform any function or task assigned by the direct supervisor. • Perform functions proposed by the client. -Requirements- Minimum education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education 1 year of experience Keywords: operator, operario, operator, media
