Highlights: 1. Opportunity for growth into advanced media-buying and performance marketing 2. Ongoing training, internal guidance, and access to a Meta advertising community 3. Flexible, remote work with potential for additional account assignments **Remote \| Colombia preferred \| Contractor \| Account\-based compensation** We are looking for a detail\-oriented, bilingual **Meta Ads Manager \& Performance Creative Specialist** to support the management and creative production of client advertising accounts. This is not a generic social\-media\-management position. You will help build and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, create and edit ad creative, monitor campaign budgets, and protect our clients’ advertising investment through disciplined optimization and quality control. You will begin with **three active client accounts**. Compensation is paid **per active account**, at **$300 USD per account per month**, for a starting monthly opportunity of **$900 USD**. As the company grows, you will have the opportunity to take on additional accounts and increase your monthly income. About the role You will work closely with the agency owner, who will provide the creative direction, campaign copy, offers, strategy, and client\-level guidance. Your responsibility is to execute that direction at a high standard while bringing strong judgment to campaign management. You should be comfortable noticing problems, asking smart questions, monitoring budget pacing, checking tracking, improving creative assets, and making informed recommendations before money is wasted. We do **not** expect you to arrive as a finished expert. We are looking for someone dependable, capable, coachable, and motivated to grow with the company. The company will provide ongoing training, internal guidance, and access to a Meta advertising coaching and learning community. Core responsibilitiesMeta campaign management * Build, launch, organize, and maintain Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager. * Manage daily and weekly budget pacing to ensure campaigns spend appropriately and do not waste client budget. * Monitor campaign performance, including spend, cost per lead, cost per result, CPM, CTR, frequency, conversion performance, and lead quality when data is available. * Make thoughtful recommendations on when to pause, adjust, duplicate, test, or scale campaigns. * Follow approved campaign structures, audiences, exclusions, budgets, offers, and testing plans. * Conduct launch and quality\-assurance checks before campaigns go live. * Verify that targeting, locations, conversion events, budgets, campaign objectives, placements, ad copy, and creative assets are correct. * Maintain organized campaign naming, files, asset folders, and reporting notes. * Escalate potential problems quickly, especially unusual spending, broken tracking, poor\-quality leads, disapproved ads, or sudden performance declines. Tracking and technical awareness * Understand the fundamentals of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, events, lead forms, website conversions, UTMs, and conversion tracking. * Help identify possible tracking or attribution issues before they affect campaign decisions. * Confirm that campaigns are optimized toward the correct conversion event or lead action. * Work with the agency owner to document and resolve tracking issues when they arise. * Stay current on Meta platform changes, algorithm updates, campaign automation, Advantage\+ tools, creative best practices, and advertising policies. Creative production * Create high\-quality image ads, static graphics, carousels, text\-overlay variations, and other performance\-focused creative assets. * Edit short\-form video ads using client\-provided footage, stock footage, testimonials, b\-roll, UGC\-style assets, or other approved source material. * Resize and adapt creative for Facebook and Instagram placements, including Feed, Stories, and Reels. * Produce multiple creative variations from an approved concept, offer, or message. * Follow brand guidelines while prioritizing clarity, direct response, readability, and conversion performance. * Review every creative asset for spelling, grammar, formatting, alignment, image quality, compliance, and visual accuracy before launch. * Catch errors in English ad copy and creative text before anything is published. What we provide * Clear creative direction, offer strategy, advertising copy, campaign briefs, and supervision. * Ongoing feedback and training from the agency owner. * Access to a Meta advertising coaching and learning community. * Opportunity to grow from execution support into a more advanced media\-buying and performance\-marketing role. * Flexible, remote, account\-based work. * Additional account assignments as the agency grows and performance proves reliable. Required qualifications * Experience working with Facebook and Instagram advertising through Meta Ads Manager. * Experience creating digital graphics for ads using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools. * Experience editing short\-form video for social media advertising using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software. * Strong visual judgment and close attention to detail. * Working knowledge of Meta campaign structure, budgets, optimization, audiences, placements, and performance metrics. * Basic\-to\-intermediate understanding of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, event setup, lead forms, UTMs, and attribution. * Ability to recognize when campaign results indicate a potential creative, targeting, budget, tracking, offer, or funnel issue. * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills. * Near\-fluent English comprehension and written English ability. * Ability to identify English spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors in ad copy and creative. * Reliable computer, stable internet, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. * Strong communication, organization, responsiveness, and willingness to ask questions before making high\-risk changes. Preferred qualifications * Experience with local lead\-generation advertising, including fitness, gyms, healthcare, wellness, home services, or local businesses. * Experience managing lead\-form campaigns and website conversion campaigns. * Familiarity with GoHighLevel, CRM systems, lead follow\-up workflows, or conversion tracking systems. * Experience reviewing or troubleshooting Meta Pixel and Conversions API setups. * Ability to create direct\-response creative rather than only brand\-focused social\-media graphics. * Experience working with U.S.\-based clients or English\-language ads. * Familiarity with Meta Ad Library research and competitor creative analysis. Compensation and structure This is a remote independent\-contractor role paid per active client account. * **Starting portfolio:** 3 active client accounts. * **Compensation:** $300 USD per active account, per month. * **Starting monthly compensation:** $900 USD per month. * **Expected availability:** Up to approximately 25 hours per week, depending on active account volume and creative workload. * **No fixed minimum hours are guaranteed.** Compensation increases as new accounts are assigned. * **Growth opportunity:** Additional client accounts, expanded creative responsibilities, higher\-complexity accounts, and increased compensation based on performance and agency growth. An “active account” includes routine campaign management, budget monitoring, creative production and editing within the approved monthly scope, optimization support, quality assurance, and reporting support. Major new builds, unusually high creative volume, advanced video production, new funnel launches, tracking repairs, or expanded account scope may be separately scoped and compensated. What success looks like In this role, success is not simply launching ads. Success means: * Client budgets are monitored carefully and never ignored. * Campaigns are organized, accurate, and launched without avoidable mistakes. * English copy and creative assets are reviewed thoroughly before publishing. * Creative assets are produced efficiently and meet performance\-advertising standards. * Problems are identified early and communicated clearly. * You follow direction well but also bring thoughtful recommendations and sound judgment. * You continuously improve your Meta advertising and performance\-creative skills. * The agency owner has confidence that client campaigns are being watched and handled responsibly. Application instructions Please submit: * Your resume or LinkedIn profile. * A short introduction in **Spanish** explaining your experience with Meta Ads and creative production. * Examples of graphic\-design work, Meta ad creatives, short\-form video edits, or a portfolio link. * A brief explanation of your experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization. * Your experience with tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, Conversions API, UTMs, lead forms, or website conversion events. * Your current availability and confirmation that you can support up to 25 hours per week as the account portfolio grows. * Your English proficiency level. * A short Loom video, in Spanish or English, answering this question: **“If a Meta campaign is spending money but generating expensive or low\-quality leads, what would you check before making changes?”** We may ask finalists to complete a short paid practical assignment involving ad creative review, a campaign\-quality check, and basic budget/optimization recommendations.
