Job Summary: We are seeking telesales agents to handle number portability and migrations, managing customers from other operators and conversions from prepaid to postpaid plans. Key Highlights: 1. Requires a positive attitude Schedule your interview via WhatsApp: 3238085352 · TELESALES Function: Conduct number portability – upgrades – prepaid-to-postpaid conversions: involves calling customers of other operators to successfully transfer them via portability; additionally, knowledge of migrations and upgrades is required — i.e., transitioning customers from prepaid to postpaid plans and increasing their plan tiers. · Training: 8-day in-person program  Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM  Saturdays: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM ·    Operating Hours: Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM · Day Off: Sundays ·  40-HOUR WEEKLY CONTRACT.
