Backend Developer \- Smart Contract Skills (Must Have) Programming Languages Proficiency in Python, Solidity (primary language for smart contracts in EVM ecosystems) Strong command of JavaScript or TypeScript, AWS, and object-oriented programming Familiarity with data structures and algorithms Blockchain and Smart Contracts Understanding of blockchain architecture Understanding of how the following work: Transactions, Blocks, Gas fees, Wallets, Tokens, Consensus mechanisms, and Nodes Smart Contract lifecycle Design and deployment of smart contracts Smart contract design patterns Contract-to-contract integration Ecosystems and Networks Practical knowledge of networks such as: Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism Frameworks and Tools Experience with: Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle Additional tools: Git/GitHub, npm, CLI, Linux environments Testing and Quality Unit testing Integration testing Mocking Test coverage Test automation Common tools: Chai, Mocha, tests with Hardhat or Foundry Security (Highly Important) Knowledge of common vulnerabilities: Reentrancy, Integer Overflow/Underflow, Front\-running, Flash loan attacks, Access control flaws, Denial of Service Knowledge of: basic smart contract auditing, security best practices, secure patterns such as Checks\-Effects\-Interactions Web3 Integration Usage of libraries such as: Ethers.js, Web3\.js Knowledge of: Wallets (e.g., MetaMask), transaction signing, frontend\-blockchain interaction Desirable Skills (Nice to Have) Advanced Blockchain Knowledge of: Layer 2 Rollups, Cross\-chain Bridges, Oracles, Blockchain Governance Tools/Protocols: Chainlink, The Graph DeFi Protocols Experience with: DEX, Lending, Staking, Yield Farming, Liquidity Pools Knowledge of protocols such as: Uniswap, Aave Infrastructure Docker, CI/CD, Basic DevOps, RPC node management Examples: Infura, Alchemy Web3 Frontend (Bonus) React, TypeScript, Next.js, WalletConnect integration Desirable Certifications or Experience Open Source Web3 contributions Participation in blockchain hackathons Smart contract audits Real-world experience deploying contracts on mainnet Desirable Soft Skills Analytical thinking Research ability Technical communication Collaborative work Continuous learning \- Services : Python (Backend\-Services) \- Frontend : JavaScript \- Frontend : TypeScript As a partner for IT consulting and software development, we specialize in the digital transformation of our clients in finance, insurance, and industry.
