A company in the plastic recycling sector located in Itagüí requires personnel for the position of PLANT OPERATOR with a good attitude and responsibility to work within its plant, demolding profiles and performing other duties related to the company's purpose. Requirements: * High school graduate or have one (1) year of experience in production companies. * Use manual and electric tools to cut, shape, and model wood, applying woodworking techniques such as turning, carving, dovetail joint assembly, mortise and tenon, among others. * Shifts: Rotating (6:25am -2:00pm / 2:00pm -9:35pm / 10:00pm -5:35am) or according to company requirements. Salary: Current minimum legal wage with all benefits. * Join wooden pieces using different joining techniques, ensuring the stability and durability of the furniture structure. * Assemble furniture at the location desired by the customer, ensuring proper alignment and functionality. * Interpret blueprints, sketches, or designs provided by clients or designers, and translate these ideas into detailed working plans for furniture creation.
