The Civil Engineer will be responsible for the planning, direction, coordination, and comprehensive control of the execution of the construction contract for a flexible pavement road, including civil works and installation of the stormwater drainage piping system. This role is crucial to ensure that the project is carried out in accordance with design studies, approved budget, quality standards, current regulations, and established timelines. Essential Requirements Academic Background: Professional degree in Civil Engineering (current professional license). Postgraduate: Specialization in Project Management and/or Roads/Road Infrastructure/Transportation. Specific Experience: Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience as a Site Resident Engineer or in technical and budgetary management roles in road infrastructure projects, specifically in the construction of flexible pavement roads that include civil works and stormwater drainage systems (piping).
