The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong background in sales. The primary responsibility is to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service to drive sales and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Identify customer needs, provide product recommendations, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. * Maintain an up\-to\-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers. * Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner. * Work closely with other sales team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree minimum. * 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles. * Native\-level American English with a fluent U.S. accent. * Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies. * Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Workspace. **Additional Information** * Job Type: Full Time * Shift Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM US Eastern Time with 1 hour break. * Location: Remote * Salary Package: $2,000 \- $3,000 Base Salary \+ Commissions Job Type: Full\-time
