**What are we looking for?** Appian Functional QA **Your main responsibilities will be:** 1\. Role Appian Functional QA 2\. Justification The resource will be responsible for functionally validating processes developed in Appian, ensuring that automated workflows meet acceptance criteria, business rules, and navigation defined in user stories. This role is key to guaranteeing quality deliverables and timely detection of functional errors. 3\. Responsibilities Review user stories and acceptance criteria defined by functional analysts. Design and execute manual functional test cases on Appian. Validate execution of flows, rules, forms, and approval routes. Document findings, report defects, and follow up on their resolution. Actively participate in agile ceremonies: refinement, demo, planning, retrospective. Support evidence management for UAT validations and QA deliverables. Ensure traceability between requirements and tests. 4\. Required Skills Functional knowledge of BPM platforms, preferably Appian. Experience in executing functional tests on business processes. Ability to design test cases based on user stories. Proficiency with agile tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail (desirable). Ability to clearly communicate findings and propose improvements. Desirable: basic SQL knowledge for data validation. 5\. Requirements Technical, technological, or professional degree in systems, quality, industrial engineering, or related fields. 1 to 2 years of experience in functional or process testing. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
