This role is essential within our operation, ideal for someone with strong communication skills, basic leadership abilities, and excellent digital environment proficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct telemarketing calls (incoming/outgoing) and commercial follow-up. * Provide full administrative support to executives: reports, documents, schedules. * Supervise and assist assigned small teams or groups. * Manage digital tools such as CRM, spreadsheets, and collaborative platforms. * Handle social media (respond to messages, schedule simple content). * Organize meetings, coordinate virtual activities, and support internal processes. **Requirements** * Minimum **1 year of experience** in telemarketing or commercial customer service. * Experience supporting executives, managers, or team leaders. * Knowledge in **team coordination or basic team management**. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency with digital tools and remote platforms. * Recommended competencies: proactivity, organization, emotional stability, results orientation.
