The individual will support the handling and resolution of internal customers' requests, ensuring correct application, review, and tracking of transactions within corporate platforms. **Responsibilities**: * Enter and update information in databases and internal systems. * Manage processes related to payments, applications, and adjustments in the system. * Review and validate financial or administrative information prior to processing. * Receive, analyze, and resolve internal customers' requests. * Track requests until their proper resolution. * Maintain organized and up-to-date records on corporate platforms. * Support administrative activities related to the area. **Qualifications**: Technical, technological, or professional degree in accounting, finance, or related fields. (Preferred) 6 months of experience in similar positions or functions.
