This role involves working closely with global teams across multiple time zones, leveraging Cognite Data Fusion, Azure, and the customer's environments to deliver robust data solutions. If you are passionate about data engineering, modeling, and integration, we invite you to apply. **Responsibilities** * Lead design and development of ETL pipelines within the data platform * Optimize and maintain data querying in Cognite Data Fusion using SQL and GraphQL * Implement secure development practices and manage security updates in cloud environments * Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones to ensure data delivery * Provide database administration and query optimization for relational databases * Build, deploy, and support applications on Microsoft Azure and OpenShift platforms * Automate data extraction and transformation workflows leveraging Python, ADF, and Databricks * Integrate back\-end services and REST APIs with transactional databases and applications * Support ingestion, cleansing, and enrichment of structured and unstructured data sources * Develop and maintain large aggregate queries across multiple schemas * Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline performance ensuring uptime of data flows * Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance the platform * Align data models with common industrial standards such as OSDU and ISO 14224 * Coordinate with clients to ensure solutions meet business requirements * Document solutions and processes in Azure DevOps according to Agile methodology **Requirements** * 5\+ years experience in data integration and ETL/ELT solutions * Proven leadership in managing data engineering projects * Track record in Agile project management and collaboration * Strong Python programming expertise with application in REST API development * Proficiency in SQL and database administration across multiple relational databases * Solid understanding of object\-oriented programming principles and design patterns * Experience with Snowflake and other relational and NoSQL databases * Knowledge of data modeling aligned with industrial standards * Ability to work with unstructured data in cloud storage systems * Familiarity with CI/CD delivery methodology for data pipelines * Strong problem\-solving skills in troubleshooting complex data processes * Excellent communication and cross\-cultural collaboration skills * Upper\-Intermediate (B2\) English proficiency with effective business communication **Nice to have** * Experience with Apache Spark * Ability to create architectural diagrams * Proficiency in Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks * Knowledge of Azure Data Share and PostgreSQL * Experience with Cognite Data Fusion integrations
