If you thrive in a fast\-paced environment and love the challenge of identifying exceptional candidates in the IT and corporate space, we want to meet you. **️ ESSENTIAL DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES** ------------------------------------------ ### **Lead Full\-Cycle Recruitment** * Drive the end\-to\-end hiring process for **IT and corporate roles** including software engineers, IT support, technical project managers, sales engineers, and account managers. ### **Source \& Engage Talent** * Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using **LinkedIn Recruiter**, online communities, referrals, and industry networks. ### **Partner with Hiring Managers** * Collaborate closely with hiring leaders to define recruitment strategies, align on role expectations, and provide data\-driven hiring guidance. ### **Deliver Exceptional Candidate Experience** * Manage the interview lifecycle while ensuring a seamless, professional, and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. ### **Offer Management \& Closing** * Present, negotiate, and close competitive offer packages in a fast\-moving market. ### **Pipeline Management \& Data Insights** * Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, analyze recruiting data, and present insights that support forecasting and process optimization. ### **Employer Branding \& Networking** * Represent the company at industry events, stay plugged into recruiting trends, and help strengthen our employer brand. ### **Hit \& Exceed Recruiting Goals** * Successfully meet or exceed monthly and quarterly metrics, including time\-to\-fill, pipeline development, and quality\-of\-hire targets. **WHAT YOU’LL BRING** --------------------- ### **Core Qualifications** * **1–3 years** of full\-cycle recruiting experience (IT or tech industry preferred). * Strong **attention to detail**, problem\-solving skills, and organizational excellence. * Ability to **multi\-task and prioritize** in a high\-volume, fast\-paced environment. * A proactive mindset with the ability to work both **independently and collaboratively**. * Excellent **verbal and written communication** with strong relationship\-building skills. * Experience evaluating and managing **recruiting vendors** or staffing partners. * **Advanced ATS experience**, such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday. * Proficiency in **MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint**. ### **Desired Skills** * Experience recruiting for roles in **IT, technical sales, or SaaS environments**. * Background in **high\-growth, dynamic environments** (in\-house or agency). * Strong sourcing abilities and comfort recruiting passive candidates in competitive markets. **Benefits \& Perks** --------------------- ### **Competitive Salary** Earn a compensation package that reflects your skills, experience, and impact. ### **Private Medical Insurance** Access comprehensive healthcare coverage for peace of mind. ### **Growth Opportunities** Develop your career with ongoing learning, internal mobility, and leadership pathways. ### **Collaborative Work Culture** Join a supportive team environment where innovation, communication, and teamwork thrive.
