We are currently looking for a Business Analyst with analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail—someone who serves as a bridge between client needs and the development team, ensuring functional clarity throughout the project lifecycle. We seek an organized, proactive individual capable of leading functional sessions, documenting requirements in a structured way, and ensuring each project progresses with clear, validated, and business-objective-aligned information. **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge** * Process modeling (As\-Is / To\-Be). * Elicitation and documentation of functional requirements. * Writing user stories and acceptance criteria. * Management of functional changes. * Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Kappa, or similar. * Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaboration with development teams. **Experience** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology projects.
