**JOB MISSION** The mission of the Infrastructure Analyst position is to ensure the optimal configuration and operation of the technological infrastructure for onboarding, supporting, and managing systems equipment. This involves establishing and maintaining contact with external vendors, providing comprehensive technical support, addressing and following up on infrastructure needs of staff members, thoroughly managing the device inventory, and ensuring proper removal of equipment from outgoing staff members, conducting audits to verify the status of assets. **EDUCATION:** Technical, Technologist, in Systems, Software Analysis and Development, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE (IN THIS POSITION AND GENERAL FUNCTIONS):** 6 months to 1 year. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** * Networking knowledge. * Linux, Mac OS, Windows operating systems. * Office 365. * OCS Inventory. * Active Directory. **FUNCTIONS:** * Configuration of technological infrastructure equipment for onboarding. * Contact and management with external vendors of systems equipment. * Technical support and management of technological infrastructure. * Support, management, and follow-up on infrastructure requirements from organization staff members. * Manage Gluky’s infrastructure inventory.
