Prepare technical sheets and address inquiries **Job Description** ---------------------- A leading textile manufacturing company is seeking an Industrial Patternmaking Technologist to join its team, requiring a minimum of 6 months’ experience in the textile sector. Job Mission: Design the basic pattern for jeans-style garments in Optitex; transform the basic pattern into a prototype; and industrialize the model by analyzing and implementing necessary modifications to the basic pattern, ensuring correct garment construction, fit, and production. Specific Responsibilities: * Design basic jeans patterns in the Optitex system for prototype development and production. * Transform the basic pattern into a prototype and industrialize the model pattern for accurate production. * Prepare technical sheets containing product specifications for the garment manufacturing process. * Analyze and implement necessary modifications to the basic pattern to ensure proper garment fit and functionality. * Address technical inquiries related to patternmaking during development and production. Knowledge Requirements: * Proficiency in office software tools. * Proficiency in Optitex patternmaking software. Competencies: * Effective communication. * Reading comprehension. * Leadership. * Mental effort. Salary: Between $2,500,000 and $3,500,000 + transportation allowance + statutory social benefits, commensurate with knowledge and experience. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 7:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Availability for overtime work. Contract Type: Permanent.
