Job Summary: We are seeking a Process and Automation Analyst with a technical profile and operational focus to implement and improve Zoho One solutions, strengthening internal process efficiency and standardization. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Zoho One solutions 2. Actively participate in the configuration and support of automations 3. Support the development of metrics and analysis for process improvement At OFIMA S.A.S., a leading provider of enterprise software solutions with over 35 years of experience, we seek a Process and Automation Analyst with a technical profile and operational focus, responsible for supporting the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of Zoho One-based solutions; reinforcing internal process efficiency and standardization. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Zoho One’s scripting language (Deluge). We seek an analytical, organized, and execution-oriented individual who actively participates in the configuration, validation, and support of automations, ensuring their proper functionality and adoption across the company’s various departments. It is essential that the candidate has experience with Zoho One, process automation, functional support, and metric development, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills to interact effectively with end users and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Implementation and Configuration Support the implementation and configuration of Zoho One solutions Participate in the reception, validation, and deployment of automations Configure tools according to organizational processes Support and Adoption Provide functional and technical support to users of Zoho One tools Support the adoption of automations across company departments Resolve user requests and validate correct tool usage Processes and Documentation Support the development and documentation of automated processes Develop instructions, user guides, and training materials Ensure traceability of implemented processes and solutions Metrics and Monitoring Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) Analyze data to improve processes Generate reports on tool usage, efficiency, and adoption Validation and Continuous Improvement Participate in functional testing (QA) prior to production release Identify opportunities for improvement and automation Support operational activities within the process area Data Management (New Responsibility) Analyze, define, and test data related to implementation processes at the process level Qualifications and Competencies Experience with technological tools and automation Knowledge of Zoho One (Desirable) Ability to analyze and improve processes Attention to detail and organizational skills Clear communication and teamwork abilities Proactivity and adaptability to change Key Skills Zoho One proficiency (Desirable) Application configuration Process automation Metric (KPI) development Excel (Office 365) Functional documentation User support Adaptability to change Job Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields Desirable: Training in automation, processes, or technological tools Experience Minimum 1–2 years in automation, application support, or application management Proven experience with Zoho One (mandatory) Experience in at least one of the following areas: Configuration of technological tools Process automation Metric (KPI) development Functional support Candidates with only end-user experience and no configuration background will not be considered Technical Knowledge CRM Automation logic and workflows (desirable) Intermediate Excel (formulas, data analysis) Office 365 Business processes and enterprise architecture Report and KPI development Behavioral Competencies Analytical thinking Organization and planning Attention to detail Proactivity Adaptability Teamwork Effective communication Continuous learning Working Conditions Work Location: Medellín Work Modality: On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday (7:45 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.) Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: To be agreed upon based on profile and experience. -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Professional degree 2 years of experience Age: Up to 30 years Keywords: analyst
