Position Summary: We are seeking personnel to support commercial management and user registration, with experience in sales and marketing of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). Key Highlights: 1. Experience in TAT and FMCG sales. 2. Strong communication, relationship-building, and argumentation skills. 3. Availability for fieldwork and commercial route assignments. We are currently seeking personnel to support commercial management and user registration activities for an approximate period of one (1) month, under a service provision arrangement. Required Profile: Male or female, aged over 40 years. Minimum two (2) years of experience in TAT sales. Experience marketing FMCG products in neighborhood stores. Strong communication, relationship-building, and argumentation abilities. Availability for fieldwork and travel along commercial routes. Main Responsibilities: Register Alpina shop owners on the Enlace/Banco W platform. Provide on-site support to Alpina sales representatives during their commercial visits. Manage validation and collection of information required for onboarding and registration processes. Deliver courteous and appropriate service to shop owners during visits. Meet daily assigned management targets. Compensation: $90,000 per working day. Additional variable payment of $5,000 for each shop owner successfully registered on the platform.
