We would love for you to join our team and be part of this exciting journey. Job Description We are looking for passionate individuals who want to join our Customer Success team as a Renewals Agent. Your Challenges - Conduct renewals for assigned customers via designated channels, ensuring proper handling, classification, and follow-up. - Receive customer calls through various support channels to identify why they have not renewed their product and successfully recover outstanding balances. - Contact customers who have not renewed their invoices to determine the reason for non-renewal and achieve collections. - Ensure documentation of all interactions. What We Are Looking For - Completed high school diploma or a university degree in accounting or a related field. - Minimum one year of experience in portfolio collections management, customer service, sales, customer loyalty, or retention. - Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting knowledge.
