Academic Qualifications High school diploma, technical or technological degree in fields related to maintenance, mechanical engineering, metal carpentry, technical installations, electromechanics, or related disciplines. Job Profile We seek a responsible, committed, and quality-oriented Installation and Maintenance Technician with experience in the maintenance and installation of automatic doors or in the fabrication and installation of aluminum metal carpentry and glazing systems. The selected candidate must ensure the proper execution of assigned tasks, complying with the company’s technical, safety, and customer service standards. Main Responsibilities Perform installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities for automatic doors and associated systems. Support the fabrication, assembly, and installation of aluminum metal carpentry elements, glazing, doors, partitions, and related structures. Interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and work instructions where applicable. Carry out assigned operational tasks in accordance with company procedures and quality standards. Properly handle manual tools, electric tools, and installation equipment. Ensure correct delivery of completed work through corresponding reports and records. Submit execution reports and updates as required. Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and work equipment. Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. Ensure proper use and preservation of assigned resources. Comply with Occupational Safety and Health Standards (SG\-SST) and correctly use personal protective equipment. Provide courteous and timely customer service during job execution. Essential Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in one of the following areas: Maintenance and installation of automatic doors. Fabrication and installation of aluminum metal carpentry. Fabrication and installation of architectural glazing. Proficiency in using manual and electric tools. Availability to travel to various projects both within and outside the metropolitan area. Workplace: On-site employment
